We are excited to announce that Monarch is now able to offer clients electronic access to their account/s and provide electronic statements to you. If you have returned the statement delivery preference form that was included with your July performance statement from Monarch and indicated that you would like to utilize the electronic portal, you will have received an email to activate your portal access and create a password. You will receive an email when there is new content available for you to view in the portal. The client portal is a secure way for Monarch to make account information accessible to you. Please click on the link to access the client portal, enter your email address as your user name and your unique password. As always, please contact us if you have questions or need assistance.
